MOVIENETWORKS.COM UTILIZES THE MEDIAPIPE DOWNLOAD MANAGER FOR THE DELIVERY OF ITS CONTENT. THERE IS NO CHARGE ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF MOVIENETWORKS.COM. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE THE MEDIAPIPE DOWNLOAD MANAGER WHICH WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO ALL THE MOVIENETWORKS CONTENT. SEE BELOW MEDIAPIPE'S THEIR BILLING TERMS.

1. PAYMENT/BILLING

The MediaPipe software is billed as an annual license of $81.36. This will automatically renew each year until cancelled.

2. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, USE, OR DATA WHETHER BROUGHT IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH PRODUCTS THAT ARE PURCHASED OR RECEIVED VIA COMPANY. COMPANY PROVIDES ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS 'AS IS', AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF A FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE, IN ANY WAY, FOR A DEFECTIVE OR MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCT.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1 This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, U.S.A., excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.

3.2 If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

3.3 These Terms & Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

3.4 A waiver by either party of any term or condition of these Terms & Conditions or any breach thereof, in any one instance, shall not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof;
